The inflammation in my body is NOT present 😳 I worked at hockey 2 nights in a row. Typically my back, feet and knees would be aching and hurting. I would be so tired. And this weekend I felt NO aching and NO hurting. Like none! This is my part time job.This is gold I felt less brain fog, I was motivated to get things done. I felt very successful at home and at work this week. My full time job. Sleeping great! Thought the night! When my alarm went off in the morning I got up and didn’t have any back pain, no feet pain and no knee pain. This was soooo great. This week I felt my appetite was completely curbed . So it was a success of being in a caloric deficit. No snacking at night except for tonight. After hockey. I haven’t weighed myself yet. I will on Monday for the 1 week mark. I need to drink more water for sure. I didn’t drink enough this week. I’m excited Monday is the 2nd dose. And I’m looking forward to seeing what next week looks like. If I could feel this good again wahoooooo game changer. I will let you know Monday if my weight changed. Let me say this. I may not see the scale marks because I have lots to lose. BUT to feel this good is a HUGE success already.
